How does AI analysis work?
After submitting your assessment, our AI (powered by Claude) analyzes your responses to generate executive summaries, identify critical findings, and provide prioritized action items. AI-assisted insights are included on the Professional and Enterprise plans.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. In-progress assessments maintain their original entitlements through our gating snapshot system.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each tenant has isolated data access, and we follow security best practices throughout the platform.
